When you interact with our Discord bot or log in via Discord OAuth, we receive and store your Discord user ID, username, and avatar URL. We do not access your email address, friend list, or private messages.

Game Data

We store gameplay statistics including rounds played, rounds won, cards submitted, tournament results, and leaderboard rankings. This data is linked to your Discord user ID.

Payment Information

If you purchase premium features, deck packs, or enter paid tournaments, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other financial credentials. We store only the Stripe customer ID and transaction metadata (amounts, timestamps, and status) for record-keeping.

Server and Guild Data

We store Discord server (guild) IDs and channel IDs where the bot is active. This is used to manage game sessions, premium status, and tournament associations.

Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website, our server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics only.

Discord

Venice AI

We use Venice.ai's API to generate card content, prompts, and AI judge commentary. Game prompts and player-submitted text may be sent to Venice.ai for processing. Venice.ai does not receive your Discord identity or personal information.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Replit's infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure session management, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your game data and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us (see below). Payment records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records, dispute resolution).
